As the world marks the 30th anniversary of the death of Archbishop Fulton Sheen today, I thought it would be fun to look back at a memorable performance that still, all these years later, is a delight.

I didn't know Dorothy Kilgallen was a Catholic......and obviously a practicing Catholic. Still wonder who killed her......one of the Kennedy thugs????
I absolutely loved that! My late mother was a devoted fan of him and his show. I especially liked the way he wrote the initials J.M.J. before signing his name.
No Dorothy Kilgallen’s death was very sad.She went home after a party and took a sleeping pill to help her sleep. The combination killed her.
What a character... this definitely cracked me up.
I’ve always been fond of the good Bishop.
