I'm glad you posted this because I was about to use my first and only vanity to bring this up. This is so over the top it's unbelievable! To give a witch's high holy day the same moral equivalence as the day the Christ's birth is disgusting beyond all belief! This really is an indication of how far the liberal elites will go in their endless quest to destroy America's cultural identity. It's rather quite sickening.

No offense, but the historical reason Christmas is celebrated just days after winter solstice (December 21st) is because of pre-existing European traditions for its celebration before the spread of Christianity.

I’m certainly not a Wiccan of any kind, but my understanding has always been that Christmas trees, Easter eggs, etc, come from these pre-Christian traditions.

I remember when they started putting Christmas trees in our protestant church when I was younger. Many members of the church were upset about these “Wiccan” traditions being brought into the sanctuary.
