A prophet whose prophecy cannot be proven false is not a prophet.

A prophet whose prophecy cannot be proven false is not a prophet.

To a degree, this is true. Not ALL prophecies must be provable in the immediate, but sooner or fairly soon, the Spirit will bear public witness.
