A prophecy with no expiration date is not prophecy.
A prophet whose prophecy cannot be proven false is not a prophet. To a degree, this is true. Not ALL prophecies must be provable in the immediate, but sooner or fairly soon, the Spirit will bear public witness.

Not ALL prophecies must be provable in the immediateRight, but it still must be provable. It must have some way to be false in order for it to have some way to be true - a prophecy that has no way to be true is not a prophecy. It must be capable of being true or false.
