A Call To Anguish By David Wilkerson

I don’t think the
GREAT FALLING AWAY
has begun yet.
I think there will be a last or a series of last ‘revivals’
GREAT GATHERING IN’s
GREAT MIRACLES ETC. ACCOMPANIED BY 10’S OF THOUSANDS ADDED DAILY.
THEN a great falling away . . .
. . . perhaps precipitated by the ‘ET’s’ claiming to have bioengineered all the religious figures of history and performed their miracles with techology etc. etc. . . . with purported 3D holographic ‘historical’ videos to ‘prove’ it.
Couple that the OThuga et al requirement to have the Mark of The Beast chip implant to get medical care or food or . . .
I knew you’d appreciate this.
I started weeping the moment it started and couldn’t
stop. So convicting and yet it said what my heart has
been sensing for a long, long time.
I’m with ya girl!
The Holy Spirit is using Youtube and Godtube to ‘git er
dun’ - for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see.
No. I think that’s a spiritual/emotional/psychological sickness.
Which I’ve been very familiar with at times in my life.
Self-flagilation indicates a lack of belief in the sufficiency of Christ’s flogging, death, blood letting.
A kind of vain glory that my sins are so awful, I must add to Christ’s sacrifice in personally !!!!CONTROLLED!!!! ways in order for me to be OK.
. . . a lack of TRUSTING GOD and His Word and Christ and His ALL SUFFICIENCY.
imho.
I can resonate with that.
Which came first or should I say were you suffering from emotional and psychological sickness that produced a spiritual sickness? My anguish has been in my life time produced by the Holy Spirit noting inside of me but the spirit calling out in prayer through the anguish of Gods need.
I have had a lot of issues with “some” Vineyards, though
we attended Wimber’s church when it was held at Canyon
High School. The worship was AMAZING! The teaching
was not as fundamental as we liked, so we moved on.
Then came the barking and the laughing and the whatnot.
So many of my friends were swept into this. I could
not reason with them because their experience was so
intensely “sensual” that it “convinced” them more than
“convicted” them that their humiliating behavior was God
ordained.
Your adversaries have roared in the midst of Your meeting
place; They have set up their own standards for signs.
—Psalm 74:4—
Got swept up in the Toronto Blessing in ST. Louis at the vineyard there and it began to leave a bitter taste in my mouth lots of umbilical happenings. It became an addiction of conference hopping that luckily got delivered from.
thank you. I put this on my facebook.
Perhaps self inspection?

When the brook dries up, go to Zarephath, according to Winkie.
You are now older and wiser because of your experience.
No luck involved. Only blessings.
I first saw it this morning - sent by a Facebook friend.
I don’t know.
Would have to ponder that one.
Sorry. Not quite healthy enough for my best pondering.
Loved meeting John W in Taipei. Loved his video series of his testimony and the early Vineyard stuff.
I think his humility and loathing churchianity were quite what God liked, a LOT.
And, he sought to find out what God was doing and JOIN GOD in whatever God was doing. Hard model to better.
Thanks.
Winkie’s pretty solid.
Fierce and sometimes shrill. but I think on the whole quite solid.
Yup. Wimber certainly broke some barriers.
I like his testimony series as well.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the ping!
