Looks intriguing and entertaining. Post 61 seems to be particularly “biting” in its commentary.
I’m often struck by the glaring irony of such historical fact. How’s the cliche go? “Those who fail to learn the lesson of history are doomed to repeat it”?
Or perhaps more precisely, “One definition of insanity is to repeat the same effort, all the while expecting a different result”
How many failed “prophets” does it take before we learn that lesson?
