mysticism.
I’ve never heard of the word you use.
What about the other appearances that have been approved?
Fatima, Lourdes, Knock, Sallette?
What about others who had visions and have become saints? Padre Pio springs to my mind.
I didn’t get into the locutions. Although I believe those with Padre Pio have been approved.
She died only recently. I’ll wait to see what the Vatican says.
Did you read the thread posted on the news forum about someone beating a drum of some kind to wake them up in Brooklyn?
I was pretty sure on the Gallagher case that it was not approved. Thanks for the info.
Good article.
I had not heard about this person. Interesting.
I sensed that something was happening along these lines, but it was late when I posted this last night.
OK, that clears my mind on this. What if she becomes a saint? Will these opinions change then?
My children, you must not question the ways of the Eternal Father. He has a plan for every life He has set upon your earth. Because of the major role the city of New York and San Francisco of California have played for the debauchment of souls, a great punishment shall be meted to them. And this is given in the light of true charity and mercy of heart of the Eternal Father that this, too, can be avoided or lessened by your reaction and your action in the face of this warning. Jesus, July 15, 1977
No. Saints can be deceived just like any one of us during their earthly existence. To me, this kind of thing just further validates that the Church is not self-serving when it comes to approving visions. It would seem like such a natural conclusion for the Church to just blanket approve the locutions, as well, but she (the Church) takes such great motherly care of the Truth, she (the Church) will not even a fragment to become sullied by inauthenticity.
God always warns about what He is going to do through seers HE selects. The Devil attempts to distract from the message by persecuting the seer and in almost all cases, using the Church leadership to do it.
The Smoke of Satan has entered the Church, as has been prophesied by Pope Paul VI and Pope Leo XIII so many years ago.
Ah, yes, the voice of naked heresy chimes in.
Say hi to Mel for us.
Who’s Mel?
Accuser. My point's been made.
By the by,
Spirit Daily is the National Enquirer of “Catholic” websites. I put “Catholic” in parentheses because of Michael Brown’s incurable desire to promote Medjugorje, which, as most should know by now, has been condemned by consecutive bishops. He will certainly not mention that Maria’s locutions are not part of Betania’s approval.
Your website accuses itself. I’m just calling it like it is.
Okay. But who’s Mel?
This is true and has happen in MELANIE OF LA SALETTE.The vision was approved but Melanie was not.
“While at Corenc she was known to sit down surrounded by enthralled listeners, as she related stories of her childhood. She told how she would lead wolves, foxes, snakes and other animals in procession through the woods chanting praises to God, with the wolf carrying the cross. Yet it was known that as a child she had been completely irreligious and woods did not exist on those mountains.”I did a little reaserch on it and there was another one in Rome.

Just another sedevacantist. He hates Rome just like you.
