Has anyone ever visited this shrine?

An interesting history note about World War II.

Here’s another Catholic word of the day: Abortion.

WHY did nearly two-thirds of Catholic voters cast ballots for Obama?

One of his first acts was to rescind the Mexico City Agreement, which action made U.S. taxpayers fund abortions in other countries. He promised he’d do that; the “Catholics” voted for him anyway.

Obama once voted on a measure that would require that a physician attending a “failed” abortion (i.e. the kid was born alive despite the terrible odds) would be obligated to let the “fetus” die.

Catholic Charities just got $100 million from the government for the “Faith Based” task of hurricane relief. The trade-off? The Catholic Charities endorsed HR3200 which will have the effect of federal taxpayer funding of abortions, will require all private insurance plans (while such exist, which will not be for long) to provide “family planning” and “women’s health” services (which include abortion). Obama’s Freedom of “Choice” act would compel health care workers to participate in abortions notwithstanding their moral opposition to this procedure.

Some great religion we’ve got here, ain’t it?

Introibo ad altare Dei. Ad Deum qui laetificat juventutum meam...

But not much to my old age, it appears.
