Why set up a new group? Why not just rejoin the Orthodox or Catholic Church?
Neither jurisdiction will recognize other clergy as "validly" ordained, for starters. Secondly, the whole doctrine surrounding the "consecration" - is it, or is it not actually the Body and Blood of Christ (trans-substantiation, con-substantiation, "real presence", or "memorial meal") - and the policy surrounding admission to Holy Communion: is the Lord's Table open to all baptized believers or exclusive only for members of the sect or denomination? Have I put it as succinctly as possible? Probably not.

actually the Catholic Church has accepted an Anglican rite (but we don’t accept women priests, or married bishops, but there are married priests, just like there are married priests in the Catholic Maronite Church)
