A reporter for a small newspaper was forcibly removed from a press area near Air Force One shortly before President Barack Obama arrived at Los Angeles International Airport to depart California early Thursday.Her reason for trying to reach Obama? She wanted him to take a stand for traditional marriage.
Airport security officers carried the woman away by the feet and arms as she protested her removal.
... She said she asked a Secret Service agent to give the president her letter, but he refused and referred her to a White House staffer. Lee said she refused to give the staffer the letter.
"I said, 'I'll take my chances if (the president) comes by here,'" said Lee, who identified herself as a Roman Catholic priestess who lives in Anaheim, Calif. "He became annoyed that I wouldn't give him the letter."
Lee, who was wearing what she described as a cassock, said she protested when she was asked to leave. (NBC Los Angeles)

She can’t be in communion with Rome and still be validly ordained if this is actually female - Roman Catholic isn’t an option.
Well, at least she knows the word she is trying to be. Most of these folks claim to be “woman priests”, which is as just as possible as a “man priestess”. But the Church doesn’t have priestesses or “woman priests” so she is outta luck anyhow.

Traditional marriage is a part of the Natural Law. One does not have to be a Catholic to oppose it. One can be an atheist, a Muslim, a pagan priestess, a Dalai Lama, even a delusionally self-styled “Roman Catholic Priestess”, and oppose gay “marriage”. Kudos to that woman for that.

Yeah, that is weird. You would kinda expect someone calling themselves a “priestess” to be calling for more babies to be butchered or something not traditional marriage!! Like you said, good for her.

it all makes sense to me now....she told them she was a Catholic Priestess and the Secret Service guys decided she was nuts and hauled her off.
