Are you saying that Christ’s love was OK, but the pain he suffered on the Cross for our sins is not?
You make a good point, going through pain is often necessary if you love someone. So they are linked, although they are not equivalent.
It is interesting to note that those who embrace an anti-family agenda (abortion, homo marriage, casual sex, porn, drug abuse, easy divorce, whatever) have the disadvantage of procreating a lot less.
Those who embrace a pro-family agenda procreate more, so I’m thinking they come out ahead in the end.
I don’t happen to think that non-abortive birth control is wrong, however, that’s not the point of my post.
