In truth, the Catholic Church should still teache the rule of Subsidiarity, which holds that the body of government closest to an issue should control that issue. Subsidiarity is doctrine, but it seems to be “silent doctrine” anymore.

Catholic doctrine is anti-Socialist and anticommunist.

However, there are far too many Socialist priests in the Church.

How is it that Socialists are so attracted to the Catholic church that they want to be leaders in it, to the extent of spending a lifetime with it? Also, how is it that in strongly Catholic countries, socialism is so strong, versus capitalism (think all of Latin America, Spain, etc.)? Countries that have Catholicism as their official religion are the worst.

I think you are misled.
