Good survey.
Well, re: question #5...almost 1/5th of Christian clergy think it's best to point out the errors of LDS ways...and another 55% advises as the best way is to talk to Mormons about our beliefs...so that's almost 3 out 4 who advocate we should do one or the other or both.
As for questions 6 & 7, this shows that for every Christian church losing a member to Mormonism, there's roughly two Christian churches gaining a Mormon to their church. (The back doors of the Mormon wards & temples are therefore wide open)
(LDS' real gains are in other countries where they piggy back upon the missionary efforts of Protestants and Catholics and come as wolves in sheep's clothing)
Christian Science, Unification Church, Unitarian Universalist, Seventh-day Adventist
