PRAY for Revival & Conversion,for Obama, our Nation, Media, Government,& Judiciary Day 116

3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

5Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

6Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:

7That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

8Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You this day after watching yet another day of damage to our nation. And still, the people are in a stupor and don't seem to care about what is right and important. Oh, they care about their money. They care enough about that to rejoice at the least uptick in the stock market, and to get angry at "the one" for hard times. The liars in Washington want to play the blame game and it makes us angry. But, ultimately, if America lost all of its money but still had You, it would have it all. Unfortunately, this nation has forsaken You and rather than see signs of revival or spiritual awakening, I see signs of even worse rebellion and blindness.

If America is to be saved, You will have to do it. I am afraid that it will take something catastrophic, however to get America's attention. If I am right, I pray right now that You would prepare our hearts for that eventuality. Prepare our minds as well. Help us to get our hearts and lives in order. And, when the trial(s) come, help us to minister to others in such a way that they get the peace found in You.

Lord, I long for the return of Your Son. But, there may be yet a while longer for the harvest to come in. So, help me to be an example and to be faithful to Your calling during the time we have left.

I love You Lord and pray all of these things in Jesus' holy name. Amen.

I think God will have to finish and complete His judgment upon the nation before He saves it...

Holy Lord,
You have searched us and known us. You know everything about us and understand the secret places of our hearts. As You consider the current state of America’s heart, You must be very grieved over what we have become. We are a rudderless ship, drifting about in a sea of blight. Rescue us from ourselves, our sinful acts, and our government that is seeking to make slaves of us. Help us to return to Your truths and Your commandments. We can do nothing without You except to widen the gap between us and You, our Mighty God. Give us a hunger and thirst for Your righteousness, Father. Create in us clean hearts and renew a right spirit within us. Make haste to help us, Precious Lord. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

MATTHEW 24

4 Jesus answered them, Be careful that no one misleads you [deceiving you and leading you into error].
5 For many will come in My name saying, I am the Christ (the Messiah), and they will lead many astray.
6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened or troubled, for this must take place, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in place after place;
8 All this is but the beginning [the early pains] of the birth pangs of the intolerable anguish.
9 Then they will hand you over to suffer affliction and tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake.
10 And then many will be offended and repelled and will begin to distrust and desert [Him Whom they ought to trust and obey] and will stumble and fall away and betray one another and pursue one another with hatred.
11 And many false prophets will rise up and deceive and lead many into error.
12 And the love of the great body of people will grow cold because of the multiplied lawlessness and iniquity, 13 But he who endures to the end will be saved.
24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God's chosen ones).
25 See, I have warned you beforehand.
42 Watch therefore [give strict attention, be cautious and active], for you do not know in what kind of a day [whether a near or remote one] your Lord is coming.

Father,
Jesus asked in John 17

15 I do not ask that You will take them out of the world, but that You will keep and protect them from the evil one.
16 They are not of the world (worldly, belonging to the world), [just] as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them [purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself, make them holy] by the Truth; Your Word is Truth. 18 Just as You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.
19 And so for their sake and on their behalf I sanctify (dedicate, consecrate) Myself, that they also may be sanctified (dedicated, consecrated, made holy) in the Truth.
20 Neither for these alone do I pray [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for all those who will ever come to believe in (trust in, cling to, rely on) Me through their word and teaching,

Father --- Jesus prayed for us now, for this time. Father, I ask that You protect Your people wherever they are. I ask that in this time, in this age, that You recieve glory. I ask that You open the eyes, hearts and minds of Your people so they would and could be watchful. I ask that You annoint watchmen to warn all people of the time. I ask that the falling away not happen before it is suppose to happen, and I pray that people be prepared for the falling away days. Guard us.
