Thought is was so cute and looking for a place to you it!

I'm not sure what it means, but here's another barrel of monkeys. ;)

I've reviewed the ones you mentioned and scanned the thread ... again.
I do not see any gay activism.
Post 71 is a "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" post.
You might remember in the run-up to the General Election, Larry Sinclair's claims concerning Obama were given serious consideration here even though the posters themselves would never approve of the behavior he claimed.
That I believe is the extent of it in this case as well.
To: Rameumptom
But at some point one has to ask the question why is a gay activists version of events and posters who make arguments for him allowed to stand on FR? Why has a peepstone fraudulent adulterer allowed to warp the minds of millions of people?
It's a FREE country!
Frankly, I would side with anyone who stands up to the dictatorial, tyrannical corporation and its minions."
The enemy of my enemy is my friend"

For example post 68 where delacoert also takes the gay activist version of events Comparing and contrasting the Church lawyers version of events as a tall tale with Hardy's version as "pretty convincing". Is that anything like the way the LDS Organization® clings to any piece of jetsam that floats by to try to support IT'S claims?

Quit with the Messenger killing and state the RULES that CH broke. It's easier to (unsuccessfully, AGAIN) try and censor the "antis" completely.

I am still trying to get my head around how any of us were supporting some pro gay agenda.
I know our Mormon friends are experts at twisting and leaps of logic, but this one broke the spring and dropped in the Snake River...

I am still trying to get my head around how any of us were supporting some pro gay agenda.Oh, that's easy-peasey....anyone that questions the mormon church's possible skirting of the laws on tax-exemption for interfering in a political matter, or criticizes the motives of the lofty institution of BYU must be tarred with the blackest brush available...in this case, "supporting the gay agenda".
I still marvel at the mormon over-reaching labeling the Hardy calendar "homo-erotic". That kind of says where SOME people have their minds. As a woman, my first thought was that "there are some really nicely, well-toned, attractive young men" and I betcha there were thousands of young women who thought the same.
I'm sure that there are gays who liked it, but the percentage of gays in America is nearly as low as the percentage of mormons in America...not an audience that would make Hardy rich off the proceeds.

The market for that calendar was women plain and simple. There are many straights that support gay right, if not it would never even come up as an issue much less get a vote with close numbers.
Hardy is a sleaze ball, but he also deserves his day with BYU. They have made more of this than they should have. If they had been smart they would have conferred the degree, made an official point about it being a ‘legal issue” but that Hardy was no longer welcome at BYU and been done with it, taken the wind out of his sails. They are now only feeding Hardy's ego and attacks, a fools errand.

That was answered in some of the earlier threads, you just choose not to see it because it did not make this Church look bad.

Zen master is name calling?
Diverts from Topic?
I was right then, so consider it high praise for your skills and consistency instead.
