Although I raised him in the faith, my son has been away from the faith since his late teens.

Do not dispair.
I also fell away from my faith in my late teens.
I didn't come back until my 40's.

I am now, once again, in prayer, in study of the Bible, active in my church, and, once again, in a personal relationship with God and Jesus.
