As did Branham and a list of others with unsightly flaws

Branham the anti-trinitarian? You're cool with that?

Many claim that Wm. Branham taught a form of ‘modalism’ (sabellianism) with regard to the Godhead, claiming that there are no personal distinctions between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and that the 'persons' of the Godhead are just the same God in three different offices or manifestations.[52][unreliable source?] God manifesting Himself in the pillar of Fire as God the Father, in His Son revealing Himself as the son of God, and in the believer in the form of the Holy Spirit. Three dispensations of the same God. God above us (in His office as Father), God with us (in His office as Son) and God in us (in the form of the Holy Spirit).

It is an extremely serious thing, to claim to be speaking God's words.

Not to mention the danger to the souls of the spiritual midgets who endorse and defend these quacks.

The sad part is it is so easy to poke holes in their “theology” yet the kool aid drinkers can endlessly rationalize their bad behavior.

That compulsion to engage in absurdities seems to still be plaguing . . .

Might be worth seeking the Lord for a solution.

Some folks seem unaware that

accusing others of being spiritual midgets

is quite a nice confirmation that the other folks are spot on.

You expressed approval of William Branham. I asked you is you were OK with his anti-trinitarian views.

Are you?

Do you know why this is a problem?

Sensational absurdities not supported by

evidently good-hearted, good-faithed interest in authentic Christian dialogue

will be ignored

Catch the irony?

God will break the curse that came through civil war . . .
_________________________________________

That curse came because of the witch doctor thingy...

Haiti and the other islands that are cursed with poverty etc all practiced that same idol worship from the 1600s and on...

when the black islanders ran off the white man and Christianity or some semelance of it, those individual Caribbean islands were left with all the curses that Africa has...

Plus men who did not know how to read, write or govern...

That not knowing how to govern...

Now that can be a curse in itself...

If the “king” does not rely on God...

Yup.

No point in arguing eschatology.

When William Branham came to Cleveland, TN, he brought his gilded throne and had it set up in the Summit Hotel...

I knew people years ago who had known Branham before he went off the deep end...

He was a man of God then and preached and ministered in the power of the Holy Ghost...

But you have to watch yourself...

The enemy will destroy anyone he can get his hands on...

Satan has no new tricks...

He’s been studying mankind for 1,000s of years...

Her knows you better than you know yourself...

He cant read your mind...

But he can hear you and see you..

And he putsa those unGodly thoughts into your mind...

He just uses the same old things...

Sex, money, or pride...

He’ll send some cute guy or gal to entice you...Just marry the wrong person and see how long you last...

He’ll get you to misuse money...God wants you to have it...He just doesnt want the money to have you...

If Satan can get you pumped up about your own “importance” you will fall off that “throne” like a rock...

Thus endeth the lesson for the hour...

I don’t believe these “prophetic words.” Before the election there was some nutcase who posted a prophecy where McCain would be elected, that God Himself would insure McCain’s victory.

There were many nutty prophecies during Biblical times, too. I hope you don't have the same opinion about all prophecies from those eras.

Why are you indenting, if I may ask?

I don’t know what you are saying and what you are quoting (nor why).

“Certainly she’s right that God would have HIS KIDS PROSPER even in this coming economic utter collapse.”
Therefore people who don’t prosper are obviously not His kids, right?

When there isn't an imperitive universal, there is no reason to assume an imperitive universal converse.

I just watched a bit of this (morbid curiousity, I guess). Cindy Jacob’s said that God is asleep. Also, she declared that a “Jonathon Edwards anointing” is on the way, poured out through prophetic youth.

What an absurd question.

Ah wellllll . . . absurdities have traditionally originated with some perspectives.
