Sins are forgiven in the Annointing of the Sick. That’s why it must be administered by a priest. Have you ever received it or stood by someone who received it to support them in their illness or scheduled surgery.

Yes, my oldest daughter received Anointing of the Sick before she had her tonsils and adenoids out.
