Of course. The use of Latin preserves the liturgical integrity of the mass. I have no problem following the mass in Latin, missal in hand.

It can be a little tough when the entire mass is said very softly, but if we were all doing it every week, we’d get used to it.

I used to think along the lines of the FReeper I replied to, but have since changed my mind. I think the wisest course for the Latin Church is the restoration of the Traditional Latin Mass, and the gradual abrogation of the 1970 Mass.
