Belief in God should make one an optimist and not a pessimist...even if I believed your reasoning...which I don't.
God is neither a optimist nor a pessimist, He is a realist because He is Truth. No bias there. Read Revelations chapter 15 & 16 regarding the bowl judgments. This is coming soon.
