these are clearly defined in the constitution, their pervertedness is not. You have a right they do not and the woman should have pressed charges as they will only do it again.

Can you imagine if this had happened to a group of Obama supporters prior to the election by a bunch of McCain supporters? Or if it had been a group of Muslims peacefully assembling together who were being attacked by a group of Christian extremists? Or if it had been a group of Gays/Lesbians who were being attacked by a group of skinheads? First, the attackers would have all been hauled into jail; second, it would have been all over the news; and third, the attackers would have been portrayed as the wrong-doers and the bad ones. Instead, the news reporters try to make this about Prop 8, when the Christian group has been doing this outreach for months. The attackers made it about Prop 8.
Christians (and conservatives) are the only group in America who can be persecuted and maligned in the press and ‘deserve it.’
