The Pope has full jurisdiction in the Latin Church.
I wish that he would excommunicate such as Mikulski, Pelosi and Biden just to set things straight.

( I would not believe in the Gospel if the authority of the Catholic Church did not move me to do so.)

I wish that he would excommunicate such as Mikulski, Pelosi and Biden just to set things straight. The Church is universal. It is not a dictatorship. The pope constantly addresses these issues with Catholic 'politicians' around the globe. But the responsibility to act remains with the local ordinary, as Tax Chick already indicated. Which leads to the next question .....
Why Doesn't the Pope Do Something about "Bad" Bishops?
