Beautiful! Excellent advice, and easy to follow.

Small point regarding the Angelus — it is properly said standing, and you genuflect for the line “et Verbum caro factum est” (”and the Word was made flesh”) (this is to acknowledge the Incarnation). Therefore, some might feel funny doing it at noon if at work or visible place. The other two traditional times to pray the Angelus are 6:00 am and pm. So if you are shy to pray at noon because you’re in public (although if you’re not shy go ahead, others may just join you!), then do it upon arising at 6 in the morning or when get home from work before dinner.

Thanks for that info. Very good for new Catholics. Saying it is so beautiful. All about the Incarnation.

Some people want to say “And she was conceived......”

Wrong phrase.

R — And she conceived by the Holy Spirit. (The conception is Christ’s conception — not hers!)
