Nice, but I don’t need things like this to tell me that Jesus is God.

So Christians worship Christ? Who knew? Early christians believed Jesus was God. That's the point of the article.

For the faithful, any physical evidence is superfluous; for the incredulous no amount is sufficient.
It’s been this way all along.

The point isn't that Christians worship Christ. The point is that the divinity of Jesus the Christ isn't a recent construct. The point is that He has always been considered divine. This news isn't aimed at Christians. It is aimed at those liberals who try to claim Jesus was only elevated to divinity around 300 or 400 AD. It isn't for us.

I’m grateful I’m blessed, as Peter was, to know Jesus as God.

The number of liberals who put down their copies of Sword of Constantine long enough to notice will be vanishingly small. The evidence is not really important, or the law of God written on their hearts would have been evidence enough.

No, neither do I, but it does help shut down and discredit the idiot notions of atheists that “Christians never worshipped Jesus as divine” until Constantine - the whole Dan Brown, DaVinci Code, nonsense. This is evidence that knocks all that lunacy down.

Ding, ding, ding! Hammer. Nail. Head.
Add another cliche for “you’re so right.”
It is usually an emotion rather than logic which keeps someone from God. If you are able to peal back the layers of a disbeliever’s arguments, it is usually because they do not want to have their life changed.
