Thanks for pointing out this article. When the time comes, as someone above pointed out, it will be very clear that one will have to deny Jesus Christ to receive the “mark of the beast”. I believe the “mark of the beast” will take on the form of the microchip, even though in itself, it is neutral. No one goes to heaven for all eternity by chance! And no one goes to hell for all eternity by chance. God gave each of us the great gift of freedom as we are created in the image and likeness of God (Gen 1:26).

God only wants those in heaven with Him for all eternity who want to be with Him and thus those who do his will, which is God's perfect design for each of us. God loves each of us immensely. If each of us discovers this truth, we will trust God more than ourselves and thus seek to do His will which is infinitely better than our own will since God loves each of us more than we love ourselves. The catch is that inevitably, doing God's will is always united with the great mystery of the passion and death of Jesus Christ. True love always involves sacrifice and suffering which is our share in the suffering of Christ (Col 1:24).

There will many martyrs in the coming period as Rev. 7:14 etc. indicates. It would be a great privilege to be able to die for Christ as He died for each one of us! Alleluia!
