As the Scriptures say, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and ye shall be saved.” For that reason, as well as many others, we are assured he made it to heaven.

Are you kidding? Someone who bore the stigmata and worked numerous miracles.
There is an excellent book about him by Ruffin. (But then you might not want to read it. Too much proof of how saintly Padre Pio really was!)
