Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Father, according to Your Word, this precious child is a gift from You for this family and Your gifts are perfect, so we thank You for the perfection of this pre-born child and thank You for its health and the health and well-being of each and every family member. We ask You for whatever help the mother needs to make birthing this child a priority—call Your servants to perform her chores and minister to her body, soul and spirit. We also ask You for wisdom for the medical staff serving her for You.
We rejoice in this new life and in You, the Giver of Life. All glory to You, most excellent, good and powerful God.
