Since God knows all, why does He create people knowing they will be raped and murdered?
Wouldn’t He also know if someone was going to find Him or not?

Since God knows all, why does He create people knowing they will be raped and murdered? We live in a fallen world, sin abounds and mankind yields to evil right and left. God knows this, but mankind was not created to be a bunch of puppets with no free will. It's rather like a testing ground, but He has provided a sanctuary in the sacrifice of His Son.

Yes, He allows free will.
I know at least 3 people who have been raped. None wishes they'd never been born. If I was to be murdered tomorrow, would I wish I'd never been born? No. Would my children and grandchildren wish we'd never existed? No.
To paraphrase C.S. Lewis, the most horrific tragedy faced on this earth will seem but a mere inconvenience in the afterlife.
And yes, He knows what you'll choose. But He doesn't choose for you.
