Since God knows all, why does He create people knowing they will be raped and murdered? Wouldn’t He also know if someone was going to find Him or not?

Yes, He allows free will.

I know at least 3 people who have been raped. None wishes they'd never been born. If I was to be murdered tomorrow, would I wish I'd never been born? No. Would my children and grandchildren wish we'd never existed? No.

To paraphrase C.S. Lewis, the most horrific tragedy faced on this earth will seem but a mere inconvenience in the afterlife.

And yes, He knows what you'll choose. But He doesn't choose for you.

But if He knows before you are born, that you will find Him and He cannot be wrong, how can you not find Him?

Correct, He doesn’t choose for you, He creates you with that choice already made. You just have to be born and carry it out.
