Because it is an annual event, a lot of Christians go there to witness.

+++++++++++++++++++++=

Anyone else notice that there are many posts here at FR that say the “Mormons” should stay away from other church's events because it is impolite to witness at these events.

No.

Can you perhaps find a link to just one?

I must have missed them.

Please point me to one.

Maybe you are referring to this?

LDS Missionaries Photographed 'Mocking' Catholic Church

SALT LAKE CITY - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sunday expressed disappointment in three of its missionaries who were photographed behaving in a mocking manner at a Catholic church in Colorado.

Three missionaries were photographed at the Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church in San Luis, Colo. back in 2006. In one of the photos, which appeared at a picture-hosting website online, a missionary is preaching from the Book of Mormon at the head of the church's altar.

Another photograph shows one of the men holding the head of a broken statue. A third picture reportedly depicts one of the missionaries pretending to sacrifice another on the altar of the Shrine of the Mexican Martyrs at the site.

I'd say these actions go beyond "impolite" witnessing.
