I must admit I am very skeptical about such revelations. Why? Primarily because I firmly believe Holy Scripture is adequate—and we need no new revelation. Jesus answer to the rich man and Lazarus is instructive:
“He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’ “ (Luke 16:31) (I think we could safely add to that ‘or the witness of the New Testament’)

If these are valid revelations, then...they are 100% valid and should be added to scripture. However, if you profess, as most charismatic Christians do, that nothing should be added to scripture...then doesn’t that mean they are imperfect, and hence FAKE revelations?

I mean it’s either a revelation from God, or its not....there’s nothing in-between. If from God, well, print this and staple it into your bible. I pray though, no one will do that.

Honestly from what I’ve read here, and on the website about Hell, it sounds like a modern version of Dante—and a product of human imagination, not divine revelation.

Sorry, but I’ve found that perspective to be thoroughly inaccurate.

Scripture declares quite plainly that in the END TIMES all kinds of folks will see visions, have dreams etc.

I find the Scripture you used to be extremely tangential to the issue and only remotely applicable by a very big shoehorn.

I would like to sound charitable and patient with such a perspective.

As the END TIMES RUSH FORWARD with greater urgency and drama, I less and less have the luxury of such a patient attitude at some point.

Folks who have a death grip on such a perspective will at best miss God countless times in the coming dramas . . . and at worse, die prematurely if not lose out on their salvation because of dogged stubborn rebellion against what God is doing.

Just how I see it. Increasingly fiercely.

However, I appreciate your kind msg.

Your perspective also has

0.000000000000%

explanation for

1. HOw did she know about the aborted uncle that she met in Heaven when no one of her era knew about that happening AT ALL. And only the Grandmother's deceased mother had known besides the grandmother.

2. How did the 4 year old know a number of other things--such as a young boy who had also been killed--the father had killed him with rifle shots to the face--the 4 year old, of course, had not been told about it, at all. But in Heaven she met the boy.

How do you explain either case? . . . even to yourself?

Sorry, but I have a burning in my spirit about such things. folks who are married to a narrow, rigid, unGODLY interpretation of every detail of Scripture similar to the perspectives of the RELIGIOUS leaders 2000 ears ago are increasingly setting themselves up for a world of hurt.

AND THAT INCLUDES PENTECOSTALS.

IN A LOT OF RESPECTS AND AT SOME POINT, GOD DOESN'T GIVE A FLIP ABOUT WHAT WE THINK !!!!HE!!!! MEANT IN SCRIPTURE.

ANGELS ON ASSIGNMENT is available free online here:

LINK HERE: http://www.angelsonassignment.org/

He was long term Senior Pastor of FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD in Boise Idaho. HIs brother, whom I knew was long term senior pastor of FIRST ASSEMBLY in Spokane. They were both rock solid Believers from the Buck Knife family.

When he was in Heaven visiting with The Father, he was told 120 things that would come to pass.

When he returned in his body to his desk, he was startled to discover he was holding a vellum like sheet in beautiful handwritten script listing those 120 items.

Anyway--in Heaven, God told him at least a few things that jangled Roland's perspective on Scripture. God didn't care a bit about jangling Roland's Biblical sensibilities.

GOD'S INTREPRETATION REIGNS SUPREME

DELCARES WHATEVER!

WE MUST learn to hear our Lord's voice as HE DECLARED: MY SHEEP KNOW MY VOICE. If we aren't hearing and obeying HIS VOICE, we aren't walking as we ought. And in the coming days, it will be extremely hazardous.

I understand it can be challenging, even frightful about getting it right. That's what a lot of fiery furnaces etc. are for--training to get that right. His Still Small Voice is His preferred mode. If He has to yell, something's been wrong for some time.

It is a DELUSION FROM HELL that Scripture alone--without listening to Holy Spirit, Christ's Voice is sufficient for our walk with God. The Pharisees had Scripture memorized and were still children of satan.

Satan's purpose in convincing Believers that Scripture alone is sufficient is to immobilize them in the midst of a crisis or dramatic, traumatic situation when a split-second decision needs to be made--a Godly, Holy Spirit led decision. One will not have time to pray through a handful of possible applicable Scriptures.

BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD!

The business of adding it to Canon is nonsense.

There’s New Testament evidence of other writings of Paul et al that did not get Canonized.

Scripture is sufficient for introducing us to God and setting us on a good road to an Eternal RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.

Scripture has nothing to say about a Mercedes over a Hummer or a Chevy over a Ford or Mary over Judith.

As Scripture itself says—were everything CHRIST ALONE SAID in HIS EARTHLY WALK, the world could not contain so many books. Given what He’s said SINCE to many millions of folks with the GOOD SENSE TO LISTEN TO HIS VOICE AS HE INSTRUCTED, we’d certainly be running out of library shelves.
