Sunday Night "Conference Prayer" Ping

For some time, through FReepmail, several FReepers have provided each other with a way to share prayer requests and praises.
Now that the Non-denominational category has been established, we are offering a weekly thread in which posts of your requests and praises are welcome.
Anyone, regardless of denomination, is welcome to bring their concerns here.
The one thing that we hope to establish here, is that at a set time on Sunday evening, 11:00 p.m. in the Eastern time zone, 10:00 p.m. Central time, 9:00 p.m. Mountain time, and 8:00 p.m. Pacific time, we will as a group, lift these concerns up in prayer. Individual prayer at any time is, of course, encouraged.
If anyone desires to post an "anonymous" request, just word it in a manner such as: " Please lift up my prayer (or praise) for a personal concern." Additional anonymity can be gained by sending a request or praise to svcw via FReepmail.
In the future, the weekly thread will be posted on Monday mornings in order for the concerns to be gathered through the week before they are compiled for the Sunday evening group prayer. This list will be available to all by late on Sunday.
As many of you know I have been frustrated by the turn FR has taken with defense (in my opinion) of some issues coming up that I firmly disagree with.
I do know that I have said I am done but that probably is not really the case. I am however going on vacation to Sedona, AZ for some R&R - no phones, internet and TV (or iffy at best).
But that is not my real point.
I have been watching and thinking of my grandchildren and what an inheritance they are. It is a joy and delight that I have grandchildren as part of me lives on - an inheritance.
But what is truly inheritance is it grandchildren? is it some "thing" we did with our name on it?
No. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength Eps 1:18-17
So friends on FR I bid farewell for a short vacation (starting 6/25) and I will be back (7/4) to the delight of some and the horror of others. May the Lord keep you safe and filled with His spirit and strength. Thanks for all the encouraging emails.

As to the ND title, as Christians, we are all "Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus."
Have a good vacation. When you return we will have approximately four months until election day. Perhaps we can start praying for a successful election. Can’t help but think - it’s going to get ugly.

I’ll be going with my grandchildren to our annual county wide concert and fireworks for Fourth of July later, but I will be back in time..

This gives me the opportunity to thank all who prayed on my son’s behalf. God hears and answers all prayers. And I know with the strength of a gathered body, lifting their hearts in prayer, my son has received blessings beyond count.

Prayers sought for freeper, LADYAK; her son was swept out to sea in Australia and is missing. I don’t have any further particulars, but we can petition the Lord to spread His Peace over this Lady in this crushiong time of worry and uncertainty. ‘See’ you all this evening.
Sunday Night "Conference Prayer" Ping
I’m asking for continued prayer for my twin brother, Ronnie. His rental house had burnt down, and a fire inspector had spent 5 minutes on the site and declared that the fire had been caused by some fireplace ashes discarded on the porch that had live embers.
Well, Ronnie knew that wasn’t the case. His neighbor, who first saw the fire, wrote a testimonial that the fire had eminanated from an outlet in a spare bedroom, that you could see from the pattern of the “blow torch” burning of the outlet from the inside to the outside porch — that this was the true cause.
So, the end result is that two more inspectors are coming out tomorrow morning to reevaluate the cause, after Ron’s campaign to get to the truth.
Please pray that the truth will be self-evident, and that the real cause will be shown.
That’s my prayer; God knows the truth, and that He will see that it it known.
