Hi Everyone,

I received some sad news from my friend Ana today. Her niece in England, who has been battling spinal cancer for a little while, has not been making progress. Here is her email:

This is my niece Natasha. She has been battling spinal cancer for the last year. She had an operation where they took out what they could but it was so involved in the spinal cord they had to leave a lot. She has been doing chemo for the last year and MRI's to check progress. I heard last week from my Mum and again yesterday, that the MRI has shown that the cancer is growing...even with chemo. She is now to undergo radiation therapy. She will have 6 week bouts of it.

My brother has aged 20 years in the last year. His hair has gone absolute white in a month and it has fallen out in clumps. He is 2 years older than me but looks 68 years old.

So if I don't appear my usual bright self you will know why.

Anyway, you all know how the British healthcare system is...this poor little doll needs our help! I told Ana I'd round up as many prayers as I could, and I know this is the best place to start!

Prayers,healing and miracles for your little niece Natasha and...prayers for your brother. God bless him. He is having to stand idly by and watch his little daughter suffer through this horror while he can do nothing for her. That has to be a the most helpless feeling for him. I will be praying for the both of them and...for a miracle!
