I've done a lot of talking to both sides.

I have read the Book of Mormon and firmly believe that it is false scripture which was invented by Joseph Smith, a false prophet.

Why? Because everyone deserves a share of the truth?

I don't mean to pick on you. I've just never understood this reasoning. It seems like an appeal to 1) appear open-minded and 2) to avoid offending anyone worse than necessary.
