>>Some were saying that all RC’s consider all Protestants to be bosom buddies.<<

Where was the word “all” EVER used?

Agreed. One that seems quite popular these days is Nestorianism.

How bout "Freepism"? I found a word and added an "ism" to it. Now I bet there are some here quaking in their boots. lol.

Yes. “The Trail of Blood”.
It’s a little pocket size book.
I don’t have it with me right now.

“You are hell bound, generally speaking, yes, by the fact of your being separated brethren.”

Does this mean that all of those Roman Catholics on the other thread that think we heretics are Christians are now heretics themselves since they disagree with the Roman Catholic Church’s teaching?

This is all so confusing!

Let him who boasts boast in the Lord.

Precisely.

Now tell me about the Catholic's Bible and the Catholic Infallibility.

The New Testament written by His Church through the Holy Spirit, the Bible assembled by His Church, the spiritual guidance of His Vicar on Earth, who is the successor of Peter His Apostle....It's His Church, the Catholic Church. If we boast, we boast in the Lord for all the gifts He gives us through His Church.

I am comforted with the fact God Himself will sort out heresies between Christians, Catholics and the other cults.

If you think your church or your religion or some time in the mythical place called purgatory will save you - STOP and consider your end now! Without the assurance of salvation in Christ Jesus your end will be terrible.

The conclusion from the EWTN article you linked:

These statements are consistent with the understanding of the Church contained in the documents of Vatican II, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, as well as explaining why the rigorist position of Fr. Feeney (that all must be actual members of the Catholic Church to be saved) has been condemned by the Magisterium.

Naw. In this particular instance they can just claim "me" (invincibly ignorant). While awaiting the name of the "ism" and the apparent contradiction to be "debunked" of course. :-)

An example of a contemporary schism is the Society of St. Pius X

Incidentally, this is inaccurate. While the SSPX is in a irregular situation, it is not clear that those who merely attend SSPX chapels are in schism.

**I’m so confused***

Don’t worry my son, I’m here to explain it all to you.

First, you must spin in your swivel chair three times while repeating the Apostle’s Creed in Turkish. (We will settle for the words of Apollo Creed in Turkish.)

Next, throw imaginary angel dust to the 4 winds.

Then, prostrate yourself before the window in the room you are in. (Exception: If you are in a bathroom, and there is a window, just open it. Everyone will be happier anyway.)

Pick yourself up and ask yourself...

Why did I listen to that nutjob?

Islam stems from a monk who did not believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ.

I'd genuinely be interested to hear more information about this lineage. What denomination are you/your pastor?

Where did you read that Catholics believe Purgatory saves them?

Net, let me revise my summary.

It was a “Sarcastic Summary.”

You seem like a nice lady. Why do want to pick on protestants. Is today POP day? (pick on protestants day)

Well, regardless of your opinion, it is a historical fact that the Assyrian Church was separated from Rome (and the Eastern Churches) for 1,500 years, over the dogma of Theotokos.
