It is important to not let bitterness set in as we do this, as it is God Who sorts out all arguments. All we have to do is present the Catholic teaching clearly, and the rest will take care of itself.
The problem is that the longer we go on handing them pearls so they can trample them, the better they feel about themselves.
If we state fact and let it lie, then God will take care of it. Feeding the Swine, keep them happy.
