The doctrine was being developed as even the Apostles didn't have it all straight when they were left to tend for the Church. Evidence of corruption comes from St. Paul's Epistles as they all address deviant practices and beliefs of early Christians.Then when did the hierarchy of the Apostolic Church become uncorrupted and perfect in teaching, as it supposedly is today? How did that happen?

When and where did any of us claim that the Church hierarchy is uncorrupted. Bernard Law comes to mind.
Say rather, that the Church understands Scripture and can interpret it for all of mankind. As opposed to Mary Baker Eddy or Joseph Smith or Ulrich Zwingli or Jean Cauvin or...

I never said the Church hierarchy was free from corruption. That would be silly. We are all sinners. If you are asking when did the Churhc begin to teach the orthodox and catholoic faith, the answer is: at the Pentecost, in 33 AD. :)
