Cherry-picking verse won't get you anywhere. Let's lok at the context of Mark 16:

14 Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.

And in Matthew 28:

16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.

When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit

Both versions state very clearly that there were the eleven remaining disciples and that He addressed specifically them, not everybody who wants to preach.

And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. " -- Luke 9:59-60

So? Did Christ not say "follow Me?" He said the same to His disciples. He never authorized the crowds to preach, nor any self-styled preacher.
