I am very pleased to announce that EWTN, Ignatius Press and myself have reached an agreement to air the Footprints of God DVDs on EWTN Television for the next seven years. This has been in the works for many years and it is now a reality. I thank Mark Brumley and Tony Ryan from Ignatius Press and John Elson from EWTN for their patience, hard work and careful deliberations.
I will now be flying to Phoenix to work with Joe Reynolds at Skyline Productions to edit the series for TV. They should begin airing in a few months. This is big news and we are all very excited!
The FOOTPRINTS OF GOD video/DVD series:
The Footprints of God is an award-winning 10-volume video resource that covers the key people, places and teachings of Scripture, bringing them together in the rich tradition of the Catholic church. This series will be enjoyed by Catholics and all Christians, as well as those who want to understand what Christians believe, and why. Each DVD in the series comes with a study guide and the movies are organized so they can be viewed all at once or in "chapters" for study. Currently, six of the ten DVDs are available, with four more to be produced:
Moses: Signs, Sacraments and Salvation
David & Solomon: Expanding the Kingdom
Mary: the Mother of God
Peter: Keeper of the Keys
Paul: Contending for the Faith
Jesus: the Word Became Flesh
Apostolic Fathers: Handing on the Faith
Still to come are Abraham: Father of Faith & Works, Doctors of the Church: Defining the Faith, and Elijah & Elisha: Conscience of the Kingdom.

Steve Ray spoke at our Eucharistic Conference last fall. He’s a real cutie. I wish I could afford the DVDs. (Well, I guess I could, if I gave up spirituous beverages and pretzels ...)
This looks like and exciting historical series. BTTT!
Super, we love EWTN. Just got Joanna Bogle’s series on Rome, the Eternal City, for my hubbie for his birthday. It is terrific. Might be two dvd’s.
He’s an excellent speaker!
