Repentance admits I need Christ and finished work on the cross, but repentance does not save me, Christ’ finished work on the cross saves me. All my sins are forgiven and all of them are after the cross.
There is only one sin that will kill you eternally, the rejection of Jesus Christ and His salvation. Add or omit anything to that and you do not have salvation but religion. Religion kills by the way, Christ saves.
