His wife scores a 100% rating from NARAL and a 0% rating from the National Right to Life Committee. While, like Bill, she is willing to compromise on numerous political issues, she will not budge on abortion. It is neither uncharitable nor inaccurate — nor name calling — to say that on the subject of abortion Hillary Clinton is fanatical.

Great thing that Magisterium is keeping Kennedy, Pelosi and Guiliani in the fold. Hate to have them wandering the streets where they could actually pass pro-abortion legislation! Now if we can just keep those stupid Prots penned up.

Just ‘cause ole Maggie Sanger had it in for the Romans, the Romans had a reason to organize quick. The stupid Prots were busy keeping alcohol outta the hands of the working class. Wasted a bunch of good energy, time and whiskey, those stupid Prots did.

The article should have said that it would be a mortal sin to vote for Hillary, if the Republican has a better stand on abortion (all but Rudy do)...

I understand where the author is coming from, and I’m glad that Catholics have a Magisterium to rely on for doctrine.

That said, anyone who says and uses as an argument a theory that individual Protestants “follow” a given minister and swallow everything he says verbatim, without question, is setting up a straw man.

As a Southern Baptist, we search Scripture ourselves and test our interpretations on our fellow Christians. We ask our pastor, read Christian books, get different translations, etc. We do NOT (at least no Protestant Christian I know of, and I’ve been in SBC, ELCA and American Baptist churches in several states) depends on one pastor as if he were a “guru.”

Hitlery is a special case since she decides what she wants and cynically points to evidence or authority to back it up, to satisfy potential critics. She believes in nothing and no one except herself.

All that said, it did take Protestants as a whole a long time to recognize that abortion was completely evil. We do owe Catholics that debt, for staying true to God’s word. So thank you guys for your faithfulness.

so, if opposing abortion is also opposing clinton(x and y), that’s a double plus.
