There are dioceses that have bans on pro-abortion politicians from receiving communion -- these include but are not limited to Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; and Atlanta, GA dioceses. The question is how to enforce the ban.

Given that Archbishop Niedenhaur of San Francisco is shown giving Communion to two of the Sisters of Indulgence, how is a ban on politicians to be enforced?
