I taught a class on angels to my 5th grade Sunday School group one year, using St. Thomas Aquinas and the Catechism as sources. They were very interested!
I think Catholic catechists need to make a point of teaching this information, because there is so much error pervasive in the culture. If I had a dollar for everyone who thinks people become angels when they die, Der Prinz could be a full-time Scout leader instead of earning a living!
I was talking with some friends on Monday and they were talking about the angels having names and somehow they knew their angels names. Is that possible?
