Note that in the Eastern Catholic Churches, the Sacrament of Chrismation (Confirmation) is usually administered by the priest at the time of Baptism. We have several children in our parish who were never Chrismated. I will be instructing two of them this year and preparing them to receive this beautiful Sacrament. For this special occasion, the Bishop will administer the Sacrament.

Are any of you also working with confirmandi? I am presently reviewing materials for our student preparation. Perhaps we can share this journey and experience throughout the year.

**A confirmed Catholic, by his prayers and words and good example, should try to lead others to the True Church.**

In other words, evangelization. It really isn’t a scary word, just spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ; the Holy Spirit will give you the words.

Trust in Him.
