It's definitely only NAB here in the US (at least at the moment). I was thinking more about English-speaking countries outside of the US. I seem to think a lot of them use the Jerusalem Bible for their Lectionary.

As I recall, the RSV-CE actually is an approved text for Mass readings, but the bishops, in a conspiracy of consensus, have all but eliminated anything but the NAB. There is probably something to the observation earlier on this thread that copyrights and royalties may have more to do with this than anything doctrinal!
