Please give praise to God, not me. One of my friends who has been following the story, referred to me as "St. Liz" earlier this week. I have trouble with this. I am not a saint, but a sinner; a great sinner. When I think of all the times I have failed God, and turned away from Him, it makes me very sorrowful, especially knowing how many times He has been waiting with open arms to receive me when I come to the confessional. My God deserves the praise and the thanksgiving. My God deserves all the love and glory. I am merely doing what every Christian is called to do; love my God with all my mind, heart and strength, and my neighbor as myself. Do not praise or compliment me. I am undeserving. I do what I do out of love for Jesus. If I do not lose my own life for Him and do what He commands, then I shall not have eternal life with Him. And I cannot imagine an eternity without my Lord and my God. Because of the great love I have for Him, I will forever be His servant by serving others. Only because of this do I have the hope of eternal joy. Liz
