I found someone who has video on Our Lady of Kazan Icon with the Pope in his Chapel and him kissing the Icon.If I can I will try to get a copy but still have not found the picture online.Been meaning to tell you.

Is that in regards to the controversial picture of JPII kissing the Koran, and a possible explaination thereof? Sorry for butting in if not, I was just wondering (as I've heard a few deny the picture, call it a hoax, etc)

No this is an Icon of Our Lady of Kazan that was given back to Russia.

I think it was just a sign of respect for a gift that was holy to those giving that gift.
