In this PODCAzT we hear St. Leos (+461) second sermon on the Ascension, s. 74. This is an amazing piece of work. Also, I talk about angels and how there is an angelic battle being waged for your soul.
TOPICS: Catholic; Humor; Orthodox Christian; Theology
KEYWORDS: ascension; catholic; leothegreat; orthodox
Once you get past the odd intro (some Latin jazz... and I mean Latin American, not the ancient language), you will really get a lot out of this! You'll even hear some of the sermon in Latin, read by Fr. Z.

Fr. Z reads Pope St. Leo the Great's second Ascension sermon (with some of the Latin in the beginning and at the end). I don't know if he translated this himself or if he reading it from a book he has.
