A wonderful and inspiring little book on the Eucharist seen through the eyes of saints is “Jesus Our Eucharistic Love” by Fr. Stefano M. Manelli, FI. A slim paperback version in English was published in 1996 by The Academy of the Immaculate, from the original Italian in 1973. I just checked their website (www.marymediatrix.com) and unfortunately it seems they no longer offer the book, but they have audio-cassettes. I checked Amazon and it’s available there through individual “sellers.” I have never recommended a book on F.R. before, but if you are Catholic, this short and sweet little volume will certainly deepen your faith. It’s charming and lovely.
