"Frank Sheed’s book, Theology and Sanity, presents the most understandable explanation I have ever read. It took time to go through it, but it makes superb sense once accomplished."
He also has one called, "Theology For Beginners," which is absolutely essential for understanding the Holy Trinity. If it is still in print, I recommend it most highly.
